No. 1 Corporation in Burlington WA is a great example of our complete facility services. We worked with the owner and his contractor from the initial design meeting right through to the present with on going service and training.

The installed equipment includes a Spraybake Paint Booth by Gen4Corp with a attached Paint Mix Room/Clean Room, a Triple Prep Area (EX24) by CFS with Curtain Walls, a complete compressed air system, Eurovac 1 Dustless Sanding System, a IRT 400 / XLNC Infra Red drying lamp, two complete Car-O-Liner BenchRack 5500 set ups, a Vision Computerized Measuring System, and a ProSpot 2000 Squeeze Type Resistance Spot Welder.

The installation includes a BenchRack 5500, a BenchRack 5000, a SPEED rack for light sheet metal pulls, a M802 for allowing computerized measuring as part of the estimating process, a Vision measuring system, a complete truck holding package, specialty clamps for BMW, Corvette, Honda and Mercedes, and a Universal Holding System for spare parts called Car-O-Flex.
